  This place is NOT McDonalds! It's a privately run and owned diner accross the street. I hope that past reviewers will take a moment to amend their reviews, or delete them and post their comments under the McDonald's Scottsville listing. For example, Marka's doesn't have a drive-thru, so it's a bit unfortunate that they're getting negative reviews due to McD's poor drive-thru service.
  
  Anyways, this is perhaps the nicest restaurant in Scottsville. Much cleaner the restaurant that used to use this building. The inside is freshly renovated. Has a typical Southern style menu, with very reasonable prices. Service is super friendly! Especially one of the managers who always takes good care of my Mom and siblings. A great local alternative to the McDonald's, accross the street (especially at breakfast!) Try the strawberry pancakes.
